I have a book that lists all of the Christian bookstores in China. There is no entry for the province of Hainan. So, a while back I thought that the best way to
rectify this problem would be to order books from a bookstore elsewhere and mail the books. I contacted my friend in Beijing who went to the bookstore there and ordered 50 study Bibles and 50 copies of Henrietta
Mears' What the Bible is all About and mailed them to Hainan. The books took so long, I actually gave up on them. But, about a month after they were ordered, the books arrived and were given to house
church Christians in that area. I later talked with one of the ladies who received a set. She said, "It's nice to be able to get religious books." They aren't readily available.
